ORANEVIA sells made-to-order physical products and digital products.
Made-to-Order Products
Production of physical products begins after your order is confirmed.
Production normally takes approximately 2–5 business days. However, additional time may be required depending on the product, order quantity, production facility, order volume, and other circumstances.
Production times and estimated shipping dates are provided as guidelines only. We do not guarantee specific shipping or delivery dates.
Delivery Times
Delivery times after dispatch vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, and production facility.
Shipping transit time is separate from production time.
Please refer to the product page, checkout page, or shipping confirmation email for available delivery estimates.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transportation disruptions, carrier congestion, customs procedures, social conditions, or other circumstances.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on the destination and the shipping profile assigned to each product. The tables below show the current profile amounts in USD as of October 20, 2026, for one item of each listed size. Checkout displays the applicable fee in its shown currency. The total may change when an order contains multiple items or products assigned to different profiles. The final amount appears before you confirm the order.

Digital products have no shipping fee.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside this list. Availability and rates may change; please check the destinations and fee shown at checkout.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately due to differences in product types, production facilities, or production schedules.
As a result, items from the same order may arrive on different dates.
Shipment Tracking
Where tracking information is available, we will provide a tracking number or tracking instructions by email after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take some time to become available after dispatch.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.
Unless these charges have already been collected at checkout, they are generally the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Before placing your order, please ensure that your postal code, shipping address, building name, apartment number, full name, and contact information are correct.

Please note that we may not be able to change the shipping address if production or shipping has already begun.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of delivery, or other circumstances attributable to the customer, additional shipping and related costs may be charged for reshipment.
Shipping Delays and Missing Packages

We will investigate the situation with the relevant shipping carrier and production or fulfillment partner and respond according to the circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@oranevia.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs clearly showing the issue.
The 7-day period is a guideline for prompt assistance and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Digital Products
Digital products, including audio files, images, videos, wallpapers, and other downloadable content, do not require physical shipping.
After payment is completed, download instructions will be provided on the order confirmation page or by email.
